The best way to tap into your intuition is to drop into the present moment. This is the only place in which inspiration can find its way to you. Because you drop into the present moment when you practice breathwork, this will be really valuable to use during new moon.

This exercise balances out your left and right brain hemispheres. You will notice that this technique enables you to concentrate and become less outwardly focused. It helps you to reign in whichever side of your brain has gone off the rails!
- Sit in a comfortable position, back straight.
- Place your left hand on your left knee.
- Lift your right hand to your nose and softly close the right nostril. Inhale as slowly as you can through the left nostril.
- Then close the left nostril with your ring finger. Pause.
- Open the right nostril and exhale slowly through this side.
- Inhale through the right nostril and then close this nostril. Pause.
- Open the left nostril and exhale slowly through the left side.
- This is one cycle.
- Repeat this pattern five to ten times,
- Always complete the practice by finishing with an exhale on the left side.
- Release the right hand to the right knee and ease back into normal breathing.
